I agree, I think it was him, and Watford came in, so he wont need to move house or stay in a hotel or anything, so he opted for them.  Sadly I think that was the hot transfer news, and I really dont rate the guy, barely looked better than Shacks when he was here IMO.

At least we can now move on and not be linked with the guy every five minutes either as a loan or transfer target.  As others have said, he hardly set the world on fire whilst with us.

Don''t agree that the loan today may have been Davenport. Reports seem to indicate that the deal may still happen. Plus the Taylor deal still seems to be bubbling along so can''t see why he would get 2 centre backs in when there are glaring needs for a striker, a right back and a goal scoring midfielder.
