Korean canary 0 Posted June 8, 2004 I can''t get excited about this one. While I see the need to improve the size of the squad to cover injuries, suspensions etc...surely we should be looking to bring in players as good, or better, than we have already. If he''s just been released from a club in a lower division, what can he offer us? It seems that Worthy may be playing it a bit too careful in the transfer market. If Thirwell does come, I hope he''s good enough to push Francis and Holt for a place, rather than just playing in the reserves.
Saint Canary 0 Posted June 8, 2004 Jonzey, your beat me to it! In all fairness from what I''ve seen he''s not a bad player but we have much better.
