T 191 Posted November 27, 2007 By their own omission the Board have made mistakes but also to be fair it does look like they have made a good decision with Roeder and they have backed his loan signings. In respect of Taylor, Roeder has just said he is sure that the Board will back him if they can and Roeder strikes me as a straight talking guy.

Roeder can find the talent, can persuade them to come to Norwich, and motivate the squad into a winning outfit. Now let''s turn these one-month loan signings into permanent deals. It will give us a massive lift just like the Huckerby signing did, four years ago.YH

Mr.Carrow 394 Posted November 28, 2007
How ambitious are the NCFC. board? By the end of Jan 08 we will have a clue.
They might be so concerned about the financial implications of possible relegation that they won`t dare to invest enough to prevent it......[:|]. We all know how their minds work by now. T 191 Posted November 28, 2007 We my also start to see in Jan if the Turners are able and willing to give some more cash to the club. At least from what we have seen so far I think they might be more confident and willing to have Roeder rather than Grant spend their money.
