With out adam drury i think that we need a good player to cover him because i do not think that lappin is that man.(but he does a good job there)

No - but I agree we need cover or be prepared to let the youth player take his chance;  neither lappin nor murray are a solution.

Right back has the same issue - either give cave-brown a go or get cover in.
