25overpar 0 Posted November 8, 2007 According to the press report, Murphy has said his ambition is to play in the English Premier League. Bolton have already shown an interest. Even if no other Prem clubs show an interest he would surely prefer a team fighting relegation from the Prem than one fighting relegation from the Championship. Who honestly believes we have a hope in hell of getting him or anyone else of a similar calibre? I know the local press will say they have an obligation to report anything factual, but it will only sreve to get some peoples'' hopes up when it''s clearly a non-starter.
