Glen seems like he knows how to instill belief in the players?

I think the squad we have is not as bad as a lot of people think?

Jon Otsemobor is quality (AND I HAVE SEEN MANY RIGHT BACKS IN THE LAST 45 YEARS!!!)

Drury is good but is prone to injury so we need to resolve that problem.

Centre half - Not sure about Shackle, having seen Watfords defence - Would be lovely to have a solid centre half.

(taylor looks good but on loan)

We desperately need a play maker in midfield - Smith promised but bitterly disappointed.

Cureton pretty good up front, but must watch the offside and needs a real big partner (No not Hartson lol)

So a left back, a central midfielder and a big striker and some luck and confidence that goes with luck?

What does that bring?

A bloody good shot next season - If only?

what use is he then when he is a DEFENDER

he might have pace and yes i will admit is good going forward but i have seen 2 right back at norwich better then him
