Kathy 733 Posted November 3, 2007 Re Lee Clark. I''m curious. What did it say?''after 74 appearances, his career on Wearside came to an end after he wore a derogatory T-shirt at the 1999 FA Cup final.''
Iwan=legend 0 Posted November 3, 2007 Think it was one of those classy ''one fan wearing a Norwich shirt weeing on another fan wearing a binner one'', etc etc but obviously Newcastle/Sunderland shirts! How to make yourself popular!!!
Grando 260 Posted November 3, 2007 Anyone else remember that we were linked with him the season we got relegated (when he was struggling to get in the Newcastle side)? Would''ve been a good signing as our midfield was looking distinctly ropey at that point. Wonder if he can still play - he''d probably be better than most of our current central midfielders!
