lucky green trainers 0 Posted October 29, 2007 reading the edp sports section: 8 pages of NCFC reports (depressing enough for the most optimistic) including a match report of ipswich''s 3-0 demolition of wolves, i eventually got to the last page to steve Gedge''s column. for those who don''t know, a photo of him stares straight back at you. i realised i was feeling as glum as Gedge looks. later on the missus commented that i was sounding as monotone as Radio Narrfolk''s own Neil Adams - this city stuff must be getting on my nerves i thought. later still, the doorbell rang, a jobsworth from building regs started picking holes in some work we''ve had done. what a cruddy day - thank god the sun was out......................
