E I E I E I O 0 Posted October 23, 2007 Great post really made me laugh, we sure need something. The only thing that could make me feel better would be watching the game with Delia. I would love her opinion about the F****** Dross she has brought to the club and the all time lows! This is far worse than the Chase Days!!!

Holtys revenge 0 Posted October 23, 2007 so ANOTHER first half hat-trick from Brown - extending our lead at the top of the table to 12 points at this rate....!Shackell and Murray looking secure at the back and Russell pulling all the strings in midfield. Makes you glad to be a City fan.
Camuldonum 0 Posted October 23, 2007
Yes! Actually it''s come on the Ewes!I''ve said Come On The Ewes in the Conference League and the Third Division South. I''ve said Come on the Ewes when we were memorably 5-0 down after 25 minutes. They rewarded me by getting a goal back in the second half. But Come on Norwich as well surely? Two down in four minutes is hard to take for any team but it is still only 2-0 at halftime so either the other side stopped trying or you stopped them scoring?I recommend saying Come on Norwich whatever your score. If you loyally support your team, as many of you clearly do, I can''t much see the point of saying anything else but it''s probably my age showing. Camuldonum 0 Posted October 23, 2007
look what happen when we support colchester...they fall to peaces
Can''t anyone spell on this b****y board.? The literacy standard on here is quite dreadful. It is PIECES (must be half-term, yes it is! At this point the signal to noise ratio changes on all boards). We missed a penalty (never a good thing) and fell apart. As I understand until then we gave them a good game. That''s all I ask. Your lot (judging by many posts on here) automatically expect to win each and every time.I am beginning to (sort of) understand why you lot automatically expect to be in the Premier League.2-0 down in four minutes and a reasonable result at the end sounds okay to me. Arguably better than being 1-0 up and missing a penalty and losing 3-1 to two late goals. Who knows? Not me, as I expect us to win next time out. I am hoping so although I do feel that at least some of your posters will be extremely happy with a defeat for your club should that occur.A really Little Old Club us. Really, really little. You paid more for your goalkeeper than we did for our entire team.Judging by this message board alone I am not sure you are "wonderful supporters" at all. The most vocal seem to revel in your current difficulties, even to enjoy same. I sometimes wonder how many on here have played football for a (semi-professional) living rather than just watched it and whether there could be a difference? Ipswich away at the moment I consider a missed opportunity but no more than that. I don''t want the Board out, nor the Manager out, nor the players out either. I would say it was on the day or on the night.I believe on this forum I would be called a "sheep". That''s fine by me. I support the Ewes and if we sink to whatever the Conference League sponsor name is at the time I will still support them.I''ve done it before and, if I''m still around, I will do it again. It''s just "my" club and so I have to go wherever it takes me. Hey! Let''s look on the bright side. In the Essex Senior Cup we are at home to Stanway Rovers. It is probably only going to be the Academy kids or whoever needs a run out but I am still hoping we are going to win.To see some posters on this board "wishing" their team to lose any game is totally beyond me. Obviously there is some sort of sub-culture I have missed. I put it down to age.

There''s an expectation due to recentPrem action and the large crowds we''ve been having over the last fewyears. We seem to have wasted, no, have wasted the Premier leaguemoney. To some it''s been wasted on pointless offices, while the teamhas got poorer and they''re directly related etc etc. I''m not so sure.the board gambled on doing ok, bouncing back fairly quickly while theinfrastructure of the club was improved and thereby maximise revenuefor many years to come. Their amaturish approach iscoming home to roost. [;)]
Hardly ever visit WOTB, SPat, partly because someone else has the same username as me on there. I signed up on this board with the name on 30-12--06 the day BEFORE Simon Lappin signed for Norwich (in anticipation), so I guess someone thought it was a good name and copied it. However I don''t see any point in going on to another site and arguing over a name !!Have to a agree with most of the rest of your post particularly the ''''of'''' and ''''have'''' What do they teach them these days?.
