What that chage is could be a number of things and combinations of the following:Board resigningGet rid of GrantGive more money for transfersBuy some decent playersGet rid of the rubbishGet some passion desire and most imortantly creativity and skillOf course winning some gamesI do not know how this can or will happen but we as fans have to stand up and be heard! I think the blame spreads to us fans as well, all you need to do is look at this messageboard to see that. as a player how could you play knowing that if you make a mistake you will be the latest object of abuse?football is suppose to be fun - this pessimism isn''t, for fans, for the board, for the management team and more importantly the players.
