It takes an average reader up to ten times longer to read text in all upper

case. This is because 70% of word recognition is done by the eye scanning to

top-half of the word (not the whole word). Upper case text all has the same

height, thus interfering with comprehension.In other words, if you want to be read, stick to lower case.
