The mystery is confusing me between this comment and those of Grumpy so some answers please.

Well in my email response from Neil Doncaster on Sunday (after lunch) he did say he had been in the office all day which struck me as odd for a Sunday (gave me a club phone number so must have been at the ground), so perhaps there was a meeting?
