May a bit premiture, but it''s nearly halftime and we''re 2-0 down, and the post-mortem is is early this week! (By the way, I told you that 4-4-2 was a massive risk away from home after Charlton, I think I''ve been proved right on that one).

Anyway, the problems all stem from 2 people- one of whom was fired this time last year, another, is not 1 single person, but the Carra Road board. The drab that PG has had to put onto the pitch today is a result of prudence with very little ambition. Up until this point I''ve defended the board, but, we have to ask, where has that bleedin'' money gone? Ashton, Green, Etuhu, Earnie...all went for big money, and only a fraction of this has been put back into the side.

Now, I don''t believe that anyone should be sacked, yet, but, if you''re looking for a scapegoat, it''s not Grant, it''s Delia, Doomcaster, and the rest (probably not the Turner''s to be fair).

I''m not about to join the extreamist bandwagon of sacking anyone and everyone, but, if you look at the transfer fees paid in and out in the past 2, 3 years, where we have stated that we are an ''ambitious'', well, let''s say with Ashton at 7 million, and Cureton at 750k, the figures don''t add up! Is that Grant''s fault? Me thinks not...

The board have shown that they have no ambition at all, Doomcaster can talk bs all day we should have had more than enough money to spend, you get what you pay for!!

I have to agree totaly with you there VotTA.It''s the boards fault that PG can''t put a good side out.With over 5 mil going missing since August for a start.It''s going to be a very very long season

It''s not like a year ago, where a lack of passion and effort was the problem, we have that. It''s just a sheer lack of quality, something, which, if we are to ever have, we need to spend money. I don''t think the board have realised that you can''t buy quaility, like 5, 6 years ago, on a shoestring.

Out!!!!!!!!, no more excuses she and the other cronies have taken this club to exactly where started from!!!. Worst City side in my lifetime for sure on a par with Hamiltons dross!. Three seasons maybe four including the prem where the club has been mis-managed from top to bottom if they had anything about them its about time they answer some serious questions as we deserve so much more!

Fans should protest and make Carrow Road an uncomfortable place for Delia and her cronies to be until they do the decent thing and find a buyer and GET LOST!!!

Why not the Turners aswell ??- get them all out they are all equally to blame. The Turners could have come in with a fresh perspective and view and get the rest of the board to change direction. But they haven''t - they were obviously just Delia''s buddies thats why she got them on board.

Unfortunately I have been saying it for a few seasons now - but the only way to for Norwich''s fortunes to change is to get rid of this incompetant board. However despite the fact there are people out there willing and wanting to invest in football clubs, Delia''s beliefs and views make it almost impossible for them to come to Norwich. If you see some of the other clubs being linked with buyouts and takeovers, Norwich are a far far better investment opportunity and prospect than some of those, QPR, Coventry etc. 

She won''t sell out, unless the buyer lives in NR1, has been a norwich supporter for 40 years or more, goes to church and makes a lovely cup of tea ...unfortunately if she is to go she will need to be forced to go...who is up for the task ???

If no one wants to buy her shares then no one wants to buy them, simple. You can''t force someone to buy them. Shes already stated she would sell her shares off to the right people. Thats her advert right there basically saying "come and get them". If no one takes her up on that then we just have to wait, don''t we?

Perhaps the Turners will takeover the club - about the only chance we have of a full takeover atm.

I wouldnt say that

I dont think its the formation that is the problem, we could park the bus in front of  the goal, (a mourinho quote!), we could play 4-5-1, 4-3-3, 3-4-3, 5-3-2. It wouldnt matter a stuff.

i''m afriad it isnt so simple, the problem is the overall lack of quality, the problem is the managers overall tactics as well as pathetic excuses and his inability to motivate. We havent got a squad or manager capable.

I certainly dont think these two results, can determine what formations us us best. We need to understand that if you have good footballers, playing in their right positions, the formation is immaterial alot of the time because quality will shine through. We dont have that quality.

Our Midfield is bland, uncreative and our weakest link. Our strikers have no service, though we only have 1 goalsacorer in cureton. Our defence are leaking goals, with no strengt in depth.
