What a city team with no mention of Martin O,neill one of the best players ever to pull on the shirt i can still rember him scoreing the winning goal boxing day 1982 in front of the city fans .My first away derby match just as good as this seasons which i hope will be my last for along time unless we get relegated because they are never gonna get promoted OTBC

Here we go again - I reckon this side would beat most opposition - tight defensively with goals from all positions - except Culverhouse of course...

Keelan
Culverhouse Bruce Watson Bowen
Reeves Peters Crook Eadie
Sutton MacDougall

Subs Woods, Linighan, O''Neil, Bellamy, Drinkell

These sorts or posts are boring with so many Norwich players in the past it is impossible to pick a best 11. Lets look to the future not the past.

Glad everyone seems to agree about Ian Culverhouse (ignoring the Daryl Sutch inclusion)

The man was the best defender this fine City has ever had.

What about Erol Crossan and Terry Bly? Terry Alcock? And what about Iwan and all the goals he''s scored for us??? How can Iwan NOT be in the greatest ever Norwich team?

gk. R Green (future england number 1)

RB. D Kenton ("you''ll never beat the kenton")
CB. C Fleming (never puts a foot wrong)
CB. I Butterworth (rock at the back and solid in the opposition half as well)
LB. M Bowen (solid, dependable and could a hell of a left foot)

RM. D Gordan (Dale was the first to use "ronaldo''s" step over)
CM. C Bellamy (rather attacking but bellars started off in the middle for us)
CM. I Crook (could put a 50yard pass on a sixpence, to coin a thrase!)
LM. D Eadie (remember those dark days where eadie was our only good thing!)

CF. C Sutton (Good in the air. Experience would be invaluable these days)
CF. D Huckerby (would we be in the premier league without him??)
