lack of creativity is so apparent!!

we are a boring team now and have been for the last couple of years. we wont score many goals with the total lack of creativity we have, we never get forward quickly enough and our wide players never take the full backs on and get decent crosses in, no wonder brown dont score any goals he gets zero service.  i know we have hux but without him we have been shown for what we really are, negative and boring.

I second that Baldyboy. I feel for Brown and Cureton, particularly Brown who is expected to win every speculative chip forward in his general direction and who is under pressure from some to score goals, despite the fact that he works his socks off trying to make something out of nothing. I also feel we are too static at times, not a lot of movement off the ball, not much passing and moving. We still need to work on defending corners, something that it is alleged that PG stated was a priority of his, we also defend too deep at times for my liking.

It is obvious - so very unfortunate that the three ''playmakers'' of Hux, Fozzy and Smith were all injured at the same time.

Hux must start the next home game,  but at the expense of whom?

As far as defending deep that is PGs tactic,  3 attackers and 3 very deep midfielders;  moving to two defensive midfielders may help but I am not sure this will change until a formation with the ''playmakers'' has been tried - we feel a bit makeshift at the moment;  eg chadwick and croft wide players trying to play narrower.
