lord montyjones 0 Posted June 20, 2007 apparently coventry have reported us for fleecing £1m off them for leon mckenzie, we described as a free scoring centre forward. could we be prosecuted under the trade description act or is he only looking into agent wrong doings. DisorientatedCanary 0 Posted June 20, 2007 stupidity is not grounds for legal action....a simple glance at one of the many scout/career reports that would have been presented to the Coventry manager at the time would clearly have shown he was never going to get 30 goals a season. but then it all depends on your definition of ''free scoring'', compared to Robert Green he was/is.....even compared to Thorney. which im sure is where anyone at our club listing him a free scoring would have been coming from [;)].
