BlyBlyBabes 0 Posted June 5, 2007 All seems very quiet on the Eastern European front. Has our mission got bogged down in the trenches or did they lose their maps?Meanwhile the BBC Sports website can only report more distant sightings of Scots on the horizon e.g.Norwich are targeting Dundee defender Paul Dixon. (Daily Record) Will we be stocking up on Scotch or Vodka next year? Tell you what though - some good wine would go a far way towards chasing away our woes.Tequila? Nah - too exotic.[B]OTBC
Old Shuck 183 Posted June 5, 2007 I think Dixon is a left back, but a good player from what I''ve heard/seen in references to him.Wonder if he is being targetted -if this is the case- as a left sided central defender?More speculation, lot of it about this summer! Midland Canary 0 Posted June 5, 2007 Paul starred for the youth side last season and was mentioned early in that campaign by manager Jim Duffy as a player who could make the breakthrough to the top team. Dundee''s involvement in the relegation battle meant that Dixon had to wait until the start of the current campaign to make his début. From Wikipedia.A 21 year old left back who is a throw specialist.
