Smith in charge longer than Blair. Yep.

Delia and Tony, that is.

I wonder who''ll be our Gordon Brown?

Harold Wilson, I think it was, who said that a week is a long time in politics.

Think on such things.

No, I simply won''t. There''s just too much sand in my ears.

And anyway, I''m too excited about which of those lovely boys will end up playing the fabulous lead role in Joseph come the summer. Oooo come on Keith and that lovely smile.

It is, quite simply, the only voting I ever doooo, don''t you know...

It actually seems to be very simple, EM, think of any possible angle to have a go at Delia then start three threads all proffering exactly the same point in a variety of very loose disguises. The bigger mystery is why? I do have to say, though, that this one does seem even more tenuous and pointless than usual. [*-)]

Well if the comparisons with Blair are correct - Delia will leave power 4 years after starting an illegal war against Scunthorpe, acting on the orders of Manchester United. So that we can both get at the proceeds of their youth system. So not yet then! Also it has taken you 10 years to relise that as Delia was on the board on April 30th 1997, ahe has been "in power" longer than Blair. In political terms I feel she is more of a Gordon Brown - the one with the money.
