gissing canary 2 Posted April 21, 2007 I dont think this a debate about "true fans" and others.I think the post was actually saying how its nice to hear people talk with joy and enthusiasm about the club for once on here and not just moan about the general themes, but people who actually give there time up to go and meet players, and watch them train.Its just refreshing to hear enthusiasm and passion. They were uplifing posts and I am proud of both the posters as I said on the relevent threads. Syteanric 1 Posted April 21, 2007 im no more or no less of a real fan as everyone else on this board...We are all entitled to our own opnions.. i was one of the many who believed Worthington should of been sacked 12 months Earlier than he was... i went to that first ever Protest after the Sheffield Wednesday home game and also the one after the Ispwich home games.. neither of these were planned in advance and happened because the fans who attended them were at their lowest ebb... those 2 protests provided the biggest Shock to the board who saw that not all fans see things as "rosy" and sit the''re smiling whilst the team spirals downwards. Im of the opnion that Dickson Etuhu is nothing but a lazy waster who is just using this club to swell his bank balance... others might disagree, and have even debated the matter with me on this very board. I have always thought that McKenzie was one of our best players, that Matt Jackson was arrogant and Rubbish, that certain Fans forced Damien Francis out.. and that Robert Green should of put his career first and left us at least a season sooner... my point is that there are no "real" or "true" fans... we are all equal standing... football is and always will be a game of opinions... CA might disagree with something i say, Nutty Nigel might think what im saying on a subject is spot on...
