Richard Matthews 0 Posted March 21, 2004 Did anybody notice where the disabled were forced to sit, yesterday?By standing throughout the game many of us didn''t get to see anything apart from the hoofed ball as it soared above your heads.Otherwise, we were forced to admire your buttocks for 90 minutes! It happens that people will stand when things are getting exciting. We in wheelchairs don''t like it, but get accustomed to not seeing goals.Yesterday, we saw nothing. Like you, we had to pay to get there, and get in (admittedly, admission to the ground was less, but it was still £8).It was like going to the cinema, only to find that the projector had broke! Please, just bear in mind that some of we would like to watch, too! ca 1 Posted March 21, 2004 richard,I have to say,i was in the next block to you guys and I looked over to the disabled bit and commented to my friend that you probably hadnt seen much of the game but I guess with 8000 people standing the stewards had no chance in getting people to sit down and didnt even try.I guess the blame lays with Palace and where they located you,you should have been at the front, might be worth you emailing them on the subject. Can understand your frustration though
