Was this bloke for real? he said give Thorne 12 games because he hasnt been given a fair crack of the Whip! has this bloke been living under a rock for the past 2 years! Peter Thorne has 1 league goal in nearly 50 games for the club.. give him 12 matches and he will stay on 1 goal! his only other goal was a cup one!

 He is a stiker and in 2 years has scored as many as Ian Culverhouse scored in 9 years! and this bloke wants him to be given a run in the team?! I can only imagine the claler was Peter Thorne himself using an Alias

That would be a sure fire way to get relegated! Maybe he was a binner?Does he watch matches, how could you back this inept excuse for a footballer. He should be had up under the trade descriptions act!

Jeez.  I was someone who thought Thorne would be a great signing when we got him, his reputation and goal scoring record was extremely good for this level - but he has just not worked out; the very idea that we should give him a run of 12 out of our remaining 15 games fills me with dread rather than anything - the Canary Call caller must have been taking the pee, surely?!!

Give Brown 12 games -preferably in the reserves or at Darlington (not good enough for high -flying Hartlepool) as that is near where he comes from.

Brown = son of Thorne = all the Thorne attributes and skills without the paycheck

He should of been a good signing, but he addmited while signing he wanted to wind down his carrer, what better way to do it than going to the training ground every day getting relaxing massage''s on various "injuries", being Fed and Watered, Oh and getting £9000 a week for your efforts!

Anybody who says they want to play for you so they can wind down their carrer should be a big warning sign.
