Pathetic - One Rule for Liverpool, Another for smaller clubs

What gives FIFA the right to let Liverpool break rules to sign / play Mascherano when 5 days later the same pathetic organisational, controlled by a bunch of idiots won''t let Airdirie do the same too sign somebody. This David Proctorhas played for Dundee UTD this season, and 1 reserve match for inverness (presumably a trial), when mascherano has played in competative games for two clubs. FIFA is a complete shambles.

On the surface it is totally unfair but the main difference is that Mascherano was playing in the Brazillian league which operates at different times to the European league and due to the transfer windows being different.

He saw his contract out to the end of the Brazillian season and then transferred to West Ham at the start of the European season. To then transfer to Liverpool during the European winter transfer window is permitted within the rules as he is still only transfering between 2 clubs within the same football year.

He is currently inelegibale to play for Liverpool due to the ''ownership'' of the registration.
