Dame to Blame 108 Posted January 16, 2007 Now don''t get me wrong i still think Granty will be a good manager in time and i like his openess and honesty really refreshing but time is what we don''t have as we slip further down the league and maybe experience is what we need right now , i know fans are saying if we sack Grant then we will have to pay compensation but what will it cost the club if we go down a lot more is my guess, i was really hoping Granty could turn this round but it may prove a fruitless task and there is only one person at this moment in time who i would replace Granty with. Dowie someone who has experince got palace promoted and only just failed to keep them up , forget the Charlton mess he was stiched up only 17 games was not long enough ,he strikes me as a manager who can motivate players and work on a small budget and talks a lot of sense. If not then i will still stick by Granty as i think he will turn us around but he will make a few mistake''s along the way but let''s hope they are not costly mistakes I E relegation.
