In Dubious Battle 0 Posted January 17, 2007 Could this be a solution that would be acceptable to all fans? get rid of a few of the board members possibly the chairman and get some new people in with a bit more experience of football and a proven track record. This would surely be easier and less disruptive than having to find new owners, and in all honesty Delia has little to do with the day to day running of the club so it could see quite drastic results. [/quote]If Delia Smith/MWJ finally stopped playing the Saviours...put decent "new" money into the squad (plus that which has evaporated)....showed some real ambition by bringing in strong willed and experienced football people....there would be no need for her to go anywhere....and all of us detractors would be impressed. The reason we are so up in arms is because it is just not happening....and as a viable club we are sliding fast.Not Dave Stringer for me...as he is too much of a gentleman.
