chirpy canary 0 Posted March 30, 2004 I have just been reading on the Skysports website that Andy Reid is set to leave Forest in the summer as he wants to play at the top level. Surely we could do worse than try to sign him if we make it? He was more than competent when he played here for Forest on Boxing Day, and he not only creates chances a-plenty, but also scores a fair few as well. I would imagine that Hucks knows him too and could tell him all the positive aspects of a move to Norwich. Anyone out there agree he would be a very useful signing? Scotty 0 Posted March 30, 2004 I agree, would be a great signing, though I think we would have plenty of competition. Tottenham, Blackburn and Fulham all supposed to be showing an interest. Also will depend on just how much funds NW has if (when - pleeeeeeeaaaasssssseeeeeeee!!!!!!!!) we go up. May have to prioritise on which positions to buy for and Right sided midfield is obviously going to be higher priority then left. How about Harper on the right though and Reid on the left , supplying Huckers and Crouch (or maybe Sutton!) with the ammo. Oh yes and that lad '' Kenton'' from Southampton in defence (supposed to be a bit good).
DumbleDelia is Magic 0 Posted March 30, 2004 He would be a fantastic signing, but it''s a bit like saying we should sign Earnshaw or Dawson. Who doesn''t want to sign him> We''re going to be at the bottom of the queue behind the likes of Birmingham, Villa, Charlton, Man City etc etc
