Be your own man, make your own tactical decisions, pass them onto the players and take the rise and fall of your tactics, don''t say oh well I was only doing what the fans wanted. Or at least you claim we want.

Most of although be graceless in not winning and graceful in victory, he''s got a long way to go in one area at least, humility.

From what I remember of Grant as a player, a long hoof was the only tactic he used, reagrdless of the state of the game anyway!
