Tom NCFC 0 Posted November 17, 2006 Brighton manager Dean Wilkins says he would like to keep Ipswich striker Dean Bowditch at the club. The 20-year-old has yet to start a game since arriving on the south coast on loan but scored against Bradford as well as in the reserves this week. "It''s been difficult for him - it''s hard to break up our forward partnership," Wilkins told BBC SCR. "We''ve not brought him in to make up numbers. We are looking at it as more a long-term thing."Wasn''t Bowditch the bright prospect a season ago, whats happened to him, is he the Ryan Jarvis of Ipswich? Alex Harvey-Jones 0 Posted November 17, 2006 Ipswich seem intent on getting rid of all of their good players. Currie is off as well. Are they trying to press a self destruct button? Bowditch is still only twenty and I''d be amazed if Ipswich just let him go!
