A good signing, he did a good job at stoke and here''s hoping he can get off to a good start this weekend. A perfect chance with Ipswich seriously underperforming. He''s been a very unsettled player so lets give him a good chance and hopefully he''ll be an excellent addition to the midfield.

thats not exactly much, so could be a good deal.

The deal in the Stoke press says £220k plus another £100k if we got up whilst he''s at Norwich.

I would imagine he''s probably already signed a permanent deal, and that will be dated from Jan 2007 (at a guess) possibly with clauses in case of injury. The last part is my own speculation though...

This is a fantastic signing! I just dont know how he has managed to do it though. I can understand that we are nearer to her family but why would Stoke let him go now and not January?
