It is a amazing that after only our first defeat there is so much doom and gloom about the place.

Yes I think the manager got it wrong by playing people in unfamiliar roles, but with Saf, Earnie & Hucks out it was always going to be a very difficult game. Especially up against a player of Hendrie`s class.

But the manager is not responsible for the sparcity of our squad, either in numbers or quality, that firmly lies at the previous managers door.(or board)

I also think away from home the players still have Nigel`s safety first , lets sit back mentality ingrained in their heads.

I hear a couple of loan players could come in this week and although usually  I don`t like loanees at the moment beggars can`t be choosers. Personally I do not think anyone should judge Peter Grant`s management until at least this time next year and to be fair it could be even longer.

Agreed. As the old saying goes "You can''t polish a t**d", and we''re left with a squad the size of a snails tadger at the moment. Grant needs time to undo Worthington''s follies.
