Much Positive Rumous on Managers.

Recommended Posts

We have today been linked with 2 managers who i beleive could do a job at Carrow Road. IMO Alex Mcleish did a decent job at rangers, and di well at Hibs while brian Laws has done really well with scunthorpe.

This coupled with the news that we have enqiried about Steve Tilson gives me cause for optomism. I cannto see southend stopping Tilson coming, if we want him and he wants to go (remember parkinson at colchester.)

And with Mark Bowen still the bookies favourite we have 4 managers in the frame who could all do a good job, again being positive there have been no rumours that i have seen linking us with Robson, Blackwell or Hunter.

I agree with you Matt, there have been no direct connections between the likes of Robson, Blackwell and other crap managers. Yes Robson has said he''d like the job but Norwich haven''t said they want him!

Honestly I don''t think we will get Bowen and i''m unsure about Laws but if Tilson or McLeish are announced as the manager, that would be great!

The situation with Parkinson at Colchester and Tilson may not quite be the same. Parkinson was happy to resign at Colchester because he knew he had the job at Hull to go to. From what we can gather at NCFC Tilson appears to be one of a number of people the board would like to speak to not necessarily guarantee the job to.
