Making Plans 936 Posted September 26, 2006 His father was one of the great City managers and Kevin was a great player for the Club. He''s now had experience in the Premier League with several clubs working under some good Managers. He very much likes Norwich and the area and he''s pretty good at persuading players to sign (allegedly) Finally, he''s just become available. We could do worse. Over the side again 0 Posted September 26, 2006 We could do a lot better. Kevin Bond was an awful footballer full stop end of story!!His integrity is questionable-one of the few real points raised by the BBC Panorama was that he was open to sweeteners! His old man was the Del boy of his day, and he lacked judgemet-just ask Ken Brown.

Tom NCFC 0 Posted September 26, 2006 NO WAY!I wouldn''t want a corrupt manager!
Intenso 0 Posted September 26, 2006 Let''s face it Kevin Bond''s career was under written by his father and it''s my opinion that gave him an advantage he would not have had in any other circumstances. As for John Bond being the Del boy of his day, didn''t he pay a club transfer record for Drazen Muzinic without seeing him play ?
alex_ncfc 647 Posted September 26, 2006 Kevin Bond is a quality coach and should we lose Hunter (unlikely) I would have no problem having someone like Bond here as the new manager''s assistant.
