TIME TO CHANGE FORMATION, AND BRING IN THE JARVIS BOYS

Recommended Posts

Hey everyone, haven''t posted on here for a while. Alot of talk of late has been about Nigel Worthington and his job which is at risk. The thing is that he has put himself in that position.

Because of various things like the formation he plays, team selection. Norwich against Rotherham played 4-4-2 and I think after that game he should of kept with the 4-4-2. Okay so the 4-5-1 has worked well, but teams have now figured us out and we need to change it now.

With Ryan Jarvis scoring 2 goals surely that should of signalled to Worthington it''s time to start playing him regularly. Also I think Rossi Jarvis performed well, and I would like to see him play more often ahead of Patrick Boyle, who I don''t think is much good. Also I think it''s time to sell Ian Henderson who is past his sell by date, been at the club far too long.

Come on Worthington use your head before the game is up !

Welcome back!

I think you are right with Rossi.  I would rather him get a chance before spending more money on a loan player, or alternatively yes bring in Boyle but make him a backup for Rossi.  At least giving our boy a chance as after all he/they are the future of this club and if he is showing signs of not being up for the job we would have Boyle on the bench if needed.

Ryan could have been the support for Earnie - again we could have at least tried it!

4-5-1 is good in the short term, to get a bit of confidence and maybe to sure up a defence (not sure about ours) but in the long term, 4-4-2 is the best way to get the most out of Earnie - and we need to be getting the most out of him - fast!

Hendo, yes he has had so many chances in the first team, if we had a bigger squad then yes I would sell him, but for now (injury permitting) I am afraid we should hang on until we have more numbers at Colney.
