allways travelling 0 Posted September 9, 2006 Cant believe what i have watched today and have been watching before at home no comparisons. To top it off i have a bloody parking ticket. My First away game this year and quite clearly nothing has changed from last years away displays only probably this is even worse.First word that comes to mind was gutless then spineless and a humiliation today and to add salt in the wounds coventry believe you me were not any good either. God help us when we play a good side away from home because on this showing its going to be pretty frightening. You could see after a while they had worked us out but gallant or granny worthy which ever you would like to call him just stuck with it definateley no plan b. Alex Harvey-Jones 0 Posted September 9, 2006 I know. It was appalling. The first half display was shocking. We were beginning to play after the break but then gave away that stupid second goal and the third was dreadful defending. We have to learn to play away from home if we''re going to have any chance of promotion!

Unlucky Fried Kitten 0 Posted September 10, 2006 Maybe Worthy has more input on the coaching side at away games? Are we the only team in the football league who has failed to score a solitary goal in away matches? What ever is going on?
charlies dad 0 Posted September 10, 2006 Final score; Prudence 3 Ambition 0It was painfully obvious to all, apart from Doncaster, Smith and Munby, that the same 11 would not go through an entire 46 match, plus cup tie commitments, season unscathed. Sooner, rather than later, the team would suffer a dip in form, suspensions, and injuries. All three appeared to take place yesterday. Etuhu was ill before the game, Huckerby was injured in training, what a shame he isnt irish or scottish, then he would have been safe, training with the international squads. after the game, worthington alluded to 2 further facial injuries, requiring an x-ray, once swelling subsides. Shackell, robinson and Earnshaw, all had ''one of those days'' and needed replacing. However, on the bench, Mcveigh, who simply isnt at the races this season, Camp, a decent goalie, Fleming, Henderson and Hughes. We didnt have a hope in hell of changing the game at one nil down. we could have brough all four outfielders on without removing anybody and still lost. In short, we have an 11 man squad, and when they dont perform, we are not even championship standard. The board are to blame for this situation, they totally lack ambition or credibility. Its time to look for new money, to take the club forward, because these clowns are holding it back. Norwich city has become a restaurant/hotel with a field attached. 3 million in the bank and no footballers. PATHETIC.

If you do the same, I am sure we will get off. Was a bit of a dodgy walk back, as you say - got some abuse from the gloating Cov fans.
