Rossi 0 Posted July 4, 2006 So the man who had given up his summer holidays to be fit for the season is not fit. Again. If he isnt fit, and bearing in mind it would be far too much to ask colin to play more than one game a month, another season with a centre back at right back on the cards. excellent! Sack the Irish clown 0 Posted July 4, 2006 Should just release him on a free the guys a total waste of space and wages.
Canary02 0 Posted July 4, 2006 He''s starting to rank up there with Steve Walsh and Tony Cottee for being a malingerer and wage-grabber. And at his age we''re not likely to get any return at all either. Although we won''t sign a right back of course....
Syteanric 1 Posted July 4, 2006
Should just release him on a free the guys a total waste of space and wages.
i suppose the fact he has played 1 and a half games DUE TO INJURY is the reason he is such a "waster"I bet Newcastle think they should get rid of Waster Owen because he''s always injured too?im not making a compariosn but hwo the hell can u judge Louis-Jean on 1 and a half games mate?jas :)

DisorientatedCanary 0 Posted July 5, 2006 MLJ''s injury was, as far as im aware, a freak injury by his standards im sure hes not regularly injured for such long stretches of time....the annoyin thing is we dnt know what the injury exactly was (or i dont) all we know it was a hamstring, he might have torn it off the bone or something and although not being a medical professional thats got to hurt alot and for a long long time. long injuries happen every now and then, we seem to get alot over the years, Bellamy and Eadie spring to mind.....another 2 useless money grabbers eh? (ok maybe Bellamy and money [;)]), but they were never comdemed for being injured. give the man a chance. after all most people want us to sign a RB and altought currently injured hes as good as untried for us with no transfer fee, not like we can get rid of him anyways, paying him off is no different to keeping him then payin him weekly he''ll end up with near enough the same money to walk as he would if he stayed and no one will buy him if he cant walk. Evil Monkey 52 Posted July 5, 2006 Maybe when he''s fully fit Worthy''s going to try to fool us all by unveiling him as a "new signing"? [;)]Whilst it''s concerning that we''ve missed out on him for a whole season, and he''s still working his way back from that injury, we can''t condemnhim as a money grabber, or cast aspersions as to his playing ability! You can just see it now, can''t you - he''ll play at RB all season long,do outstanding there and even grab a few goals... and yet people willstill complain about him being a "waste of space".
