How I Wrote Elastic Man

The Music Thread

Recommended Posts

Recently found sabaton, if you like a bit of metal they're great. Usually American war songs. Always the 82nd, 1916 and the unkillable soldier are great!

The Non football section has gone

Music is still allowed 🙂

Lets start with football related music!

If you check at 1 minute 27, you'll find it's City-related. 🤓🤣

Not the same football, but Tom Lehrer decided it was an idea to take the rip out of (American) football fight songs with this one for his alma mater.

And apparently, Harvard adopted it anyway! 😄

Think how happy clubs were to make it to the Cup final:

Oh how the game has changed.

Sorry to taint the music thread with something football related, but does referee David Coote look a bit like Shed Seven’s bass player Tom Gladwin?

Warmduscher tonight, Deadletter tomorrow.

I'm off to see Dublin electro-noise-punks YARD tomorrow night. Should be a good'un. I like what I've heard of Warmduscher, not heard of Deadletter though.

That's good, but in my opinion the best Italia 90 song was by PWEI

Saw them for the first time-despite seeing their neighbours The Wonder Stuff loads of times-at Rebellion two years ago. I’ve no idea if they played this.

One for Midlands and a few others on here!

Obviously city related as no finer place to grab an ale or two in the UK

Deadletter are an indie post-punk band, with a tendency to have a bit of parping sax every now and then to up the ante! Beware Jagger tendencies from the lead singer!
