Fuzzar 1,878 Posted November 5, 2024 Feel this is in part the fall out from the Cardiff game. We put a lot into that performance for no reward.
Petriix 3,250 Posted November 5, 2024 This is embarrassing. Absolutely amateur in terms of structure and discipline. The players are failing to do the basics of tracking runs, getting goal side and falling into a coherent shape. Playing a 4-3-3 is just crazy when the opposition don't fear your attackers enough. We're conceding the midfield and are basically a man short whenever they break.

Needs to get Stacey on and put Fisher into mid

Sargent is out for probably close to 3 months so we're going to have to win without him. We also certainly can win without Nunez despite his importance. I can only think of one game we've won without McLean in past couple years. We have no central player that can tackle / intercept and drag us up the pitch. repman 808 Posted November 5, 2024 The midfield is just a complete non entity, Marcondes is tidy in possession but really struggles against the ball (the fact we signed him during the injury crisis to our forwards suggests we never really planned on him playing this role).
Capt. Pants 5,152 Posted November 5, 2024 Terrible half. Just feels like JHT hasn't briefed the team or anything. Not a happy bunch at all. Sainz looking very frustrated. Crnac not in the game.

All they need to do is keep Sainz quiet.

Drazen Muzinic 1,512 Posted November 5, 2024 (edited) Once again another season is hobbled by missing a few very important players and exposing a wafer-thin squad, How many times have we cried out that we need CDM cover or an extra striker? Those positions, as well as GK, are the spine of the team but we never learn. Edited November 5, 2024 by Drazen Muzinic
kick it off 2,062 Posted November 5, 2024 3 wins, 3 draws, 6Â defeats (on the way to 7). 12 points out of 36 with long in goal over the last 2 seasons. Lost 5 out of 7 with him in goal last year, and the record would be similar this year without Borja bailing him out a few times. Enough is enough now.
