I agree with all of your post (except the bit that I'm a far nicer guy than you, as I'm sure you're a gent), and thanks to @sonyc for his post too. I quoted this bit because it's something I used to do in Buddhist meditations back in the day; spreading loving kindness firstly to yourself, secondly to someone you care deeply about (a close friend or loved one, for example), thirdly to a 'neutral' person (such as a colleague you don't interact with much, a shopkeeper or a bus driver), then to a 'difficult' person (an obvious candidate here!), and finally extending that loving kindness to all living beings. Really should get back into it, to be fair; used to go to Norwich Buddhist Centre on my lunch breaks sometimes if I was feeling particularly troubled. If anyone else is having a tough day (or even if you're not), give it a whirl! 🙂 PS. Binner 2

Love a metta meditation. And used to go to the Buddhist centre a fair bit when I lived in Norwich.

The lunchtime sessions used to alternate between the mindfulness of breathing meditation and the Metta Bhavana. This must surely be odds-on for 'most woke thread derailment of the year'... 😛

Agree with all of above, the difficult one is by definition tricky....often they are the least receptive, 100 peanut points to whovevercan name who said.... offer a flower, if it is refused, leave it where they can find it. The Raptor 1,567 Posted September 26 This is the Norwich fans equivalent of 'The 92' yet instead of going to all the grounds we just want to be that team. How many have we done now? Charlton was always the classic one.
norwich canary 171 Posted September 26 He does get bullied a hell of a lot for having a different opinion. He is never offensive but some of the replies he gets those posters really should be banned for the bullying he gets if you don’t like his specialist subjects move on and ignore him

And then on a different thread trying to isolate someone you don't align with, or worse, flat out telling them that everyone hates them as you have in the past. I really like your posts, and you seem a top guy. But please, Just drop whatever vendetta you have, practise what you preach, and the rest of us then don't have to read this ridiculous bickering which seems to border on bullying at times. If the likes of Til and Corky want to follow him around on every thread, that's their decision. At least it's comical! Riiight! So what you are saying is Wolfy is harming his mental health more than the two people who insult him because you find it funny? I have no issue with Corky's motivation for it,or whatever motivation Tily has. Just pointing the hypocracy of using mental health as stick here.

He's still not apologised to Shef for accusing him of lying about informatuon in the annual report because it didn't suit him. He's also attacked the likes of GMF on occasion, and members of the fan group.

No, not saying that at all. The reference to mental health was simply exampling a post to demonstrate the difference in character that one poster causes another. If I was to say anything along those lines above, it would be the opposite, in that one poster reacting in the way they do simply adds more fuel to the fire. When they're wanting to be lessening it. I have no recollection of any particularly robust communication with him. I don't believe I have 'attacked' anyone either but 'robust' would be a fair description of some interactions. FACT!!! 😐😁

I have read enough incoherent essays thanks often beginning with negative dismissal of other posters views. Besides @shefcanary 's view that the Club is being significantly undervalued tallies with mine aside from my view that he may have gone a little further up the scale than I have so no understanding of why I have any disagreement with him .
