Firstly, I think it is a good idea, and I hope it gets off the ground and goes well. But I don't listen to podcasts because I cannot bear how repetitious and unfocused they tend to be. The pink un chaps have just put one out. It is 60 minutes long! And may well be fascinating but I am not going to spend an hour of my life in the hope of hearing something worthwhile. My suggestion is that your interviewer/moderator is ruthless enough to keep the guests on topic. Plus some judicious editing if need be.

Thanks purple - I’m hoping to limit to 30-45 min segments 

60 mins is far too long 

if you want any indication of how these will go it’ll be very conversational so no big structure double ended questions where people can go massively off topic but we’ll see looking forward to it
