The transfer window is painful enough (and we are generally quiet in recent years even when the open window is at the limit of its hinges!) so some news of the dark corridors is most welcome. Just a shame that MC hasn't got a better name like the good 'ol Good News Gordon from yesteryear. He was an utter fool but made me laugh. There is some subtlety in style so he could be a reincarnated True Grit. There again, TG used to be lauded by Real Buh, as is Keith Scott.
