Feedthewolf 5,885 Posted August 15 We've moved up seven places to 5th since last year. Maybe the club have managed to free up some time by refusing to engage with timewasting fans on personal crusades... https://www.canaries.co.uk/content/city-achieve-silver-fan-engagement-award 1 1

Feedthewolf 5,885 Posted August 15 Also heartening to notice that we've moved above Cambridge United since last year! Extremely positive signs all round. All joking aside, Elliot King is a really decent guy, and in my experience the OSP was a lot more transparent and organised after he joined. Really glad for him. 1

They must have made a mistake?!

essex canary 623 Posted August 15 To some extent this is simply a box ticking exercise that fails to pick up on qualititive issues. How can NCFC truly be rated higher than Cambridge with their Shadow Board process? How can we seriously rank higher than Brentford who have taken a very proactive approach to recycling the seats of absent ST holders and who charge £330 as a standard ST price for 21-24 year old for PL football as opposed to our £545 for Chump. Improvements maybe being made as the Canaries Trust have indicated but the real commitment needs to be at the highest management level.

shefcanary 2,955 Posted August 15 I'm really surprised to see Rotherham rock bottom, their owner (Uncle Tony as we know him) is a nice bloke. But as a typical Northern lad, and having the ground nearly full every week even when they are back in league 1, he can afford not to "engage" with fans except when he's down the pub with them! Faded Jaded Semi Plastic SOB 1,223 Posted August 15 I reckon I have spent about £9K in season ticket fees since my return to Carrow Rd in 1999, in that time my plastic seat has only been replaced once and Delia didn't tell me when it was going to be replaced, the club is a joke, 5th place my ****!! 😀........... She didn't tell me she was "selling" either thus preventing me from at least making £80 a share instead of the £25 I bought them for! 😉

He’s wound up many on here with his snidey remarks and he’s upset you too with that mental health jibe. I’m guilty of it too but engaging with him when he’s so clearly under your skin isn’t really doing you any good.

Whether people choose to accept it or not, this board is a community, and I for one really enjoy it on the whole. I put a lot of my time into it, as many of us do, and you're right that I am infuriated by Kevin's total lack of self-awareness, compunction or acceptance that his input is hugely detrimental to the aforementioned community. If he won't do the honourable thing, I'm not going to either. I think we can all see who the problem is here, and if he gets some weird kink out of being booted around the place like an intellectual football, I'm more than happy to oblige. Sad, negative, unfulfilled little cuckold of a man.
......and Smith must score. 1,599 Posted August 15 I can see where you’re coming from Wolfie but just take care. I suppose he’s immune from moderation as he never insults other posters with a tirade of abuse and seems happy to accept a huge flak barrage so he can hammer away to his heart’s content at all those perceived injustices in his life. Kevin really is a strange frustrated character whose obsession with money may well send him to an early grave. I can just picture him driving around countless petrol stations to save 75p on a tankful but spending £1 on fuel in the process. Not a great advert for the accountancy profession….🤔 1

I've literally tried to make that point to him in a genuinely concerned way, but I didn't get anywhere. It's obviously just 'banging on about mental health' to Kevin, as he so gracefully demonstrated a couple of weeks back. Sadly it looks like that's the way it's going to end, although I still hope that he might be able to do some soul-searching and change course to try and get some more joy and fulfilment in his life. There's certainly none to be found on here; he has made himself the most universal object of ridicule I have ever seen on this forum, and my word have there been some contenders! essex canary 623 Posted August 15 This index has 3 components Dialogue, Governance, Transparency. NCFC's high position is to a certain extent driven by its apparent maximum score on Transparency. The definition of Transparency is attached. I would be grateful if anyone could direct me to how all these Agendas can be easily identified pre-meeting and where we can find Notes of Board Meetings? I would suggest something has gone wrong somewhere.
