The Framework Deed states that D&M’s access rights and entitlement to allocated tickets (aka free seats) is subject to their attendance at those games, but, crucially, those rights are non-transferable and non-inheritable. In other words, broadly similar to shareholder benefits for the original purchaser, as per the 2002 share offer documentation.

Begs the question, @essex canary, will you be pursuing a personal campaign, on Tom’s behalf to extend those benefits to him, when D&M are no longer able to attend games?

It would be interesting to know the basis of Tom's seat now given his 104 shares, 100 of them without no premium paid. Also bear in mind that the Share Premium Account to which some other families have handsomely contributed appears to be the only source of funds for D&M's 2023 Preference Share Dividend of £13,612.50 to which some shareholders in their own right have had no opportunity to purchase.

He should answer and clarify the issues

So it’s not ‘Presidents Row’ then. Perhaps it’s the ‘Presidential Palace’

I wonder…

Have you ever been a guest in there?

No I haven't been a guest in there.

The T&C's of my shareholding entitled us to a ballot for each match in one season. I don't think I ever got any information as to whether that ballot actually took place. A nameplate on the seat we were promised didn't materialise either.

Have you not noted, after all this time, that Tom is a director of the Club, hence his seat in the Directors Box?

The rest of your post is just more whataboutery!

What an odd fella you are

If 'odd' means different to you three I welcomely embrace it.

I guess that makes the majority of this forum 'odd'. Just underlines you don't align with our culture and morals.

Which is why he could easily renegotiate D&M's seat arrangements further down the line and therefore any pledges made now and comparisons to ordinary fans are worthless ie. Disingenuous.

If you were in a profession more suitable for you such as a High Court Judge you might be able to understand an AD's perspective.

The Framework Deed is a legal document, exactly like the original Share Offer papers in 2002. Don’t presume that anyone else will follow your own pathetic example, and seek to retroactively renegotiate its terms!

I think the expression. ... "hung by his own petard" is apt in this, unfortunate self snookering of good old kev.

First of all, I only deal in facts.

Second of all, I doubt Corky is old enough to be involved.

I struggle to see any relevence to this thread, Corky or generally anything to do with football or NCFC.

Well, unless you're biggoted and want to blame every living citizen of a nation for attrocitis under their flag, both proven or alleged.

You must have loved it when the Germans were at the club in numbers. How does it feel to have a Turkish player at the club after Gallipoli? The Danes at Lindisfarne? Do you hate yourself every morning for the advantages and privileges that being British, English and likely male and white have given you over subjugated races and nationalities?

So apart from three, you align with the culture and morals of the entire Canary world? How do you know this? How is it verifiable? What if some Canaries go home to beat their wives? Does that mean they all do it, including you? What if some Canaries partake of a strange pagan festival where they sneak off into the hills to pick their noses upon the occasion of the summer solstice? Does that mean they all do it, including you?

That last sentence is deeply socialist and woke and speaks to those who think we should continually go around apologising for the hegemonies of empire, class, race and sex.

Just a few posts ago you claimed the AD roll to be like a shadow squad for the real Ds. Yet you seem to have no understanding of the duties the real Ds have on match days. If you got there for a game each season surely rather than being a guest you'd have duties too. I wouldn't want Tom's seat because I wouldn't want Tom's duties. I far prefer to go and support our team rather than sit on my hands entertaining guests. I'd far prefer a luke warm sausage roll than be sat round a table eating posh food whilst entertaining "Look At Mes".

You seem to have so much nasty envy  toward others with no awareness of your own blessings.

Delia should have said 'Neil, that is pompous please remove it.' Micheal could have added 'silly boy'. Instead they said 'Neil, here is another glass of Claret'

Pomposity personified.
