Also seems we are wearing our third kit today which I look forward to seeing in action. Christoph Stiepermann 1,267 Posted August 10, 2024 First game of the season always throws out strange results and some of our better seasons have come after really poor opening games so I'm not too worried about the result today just looking forward to seeing us play competitively again with a different style and hopefully a few debuts. If there is any chance of motivation by selection of younger squad players who have something to prove and are prepared to play for the team, not just for themselves, I will be encouraged . Regardless of the result. Hanley, McClean, and a bunch of others have had their day and were found to be woefully inadequate as leaders last season.
