Membership packs

Anyone got theirs yet? Still waiting for home, away and junior.  Just wanted to see if I'm missing out or whether the club's been slow getting them out.

Thanks

Given last years AGM question, is there going to be a distribution of these to ST holders too?

Doubtless they have forgotten that was asked.

I’m more disheartened by Saturday’s display than lose sleep over a bit of tat in a membership pack that’ll never be looked at again once opened.

The question may have been asked but was probably answered with a “ We’re looking into it “

With any luck ST holders will have dodged a bullet if nothing arrives. Anyway AD’s are far too grand to be interested in a few shiny trinkets doled out to the restless peasants, aren’t they ? 😀

Agreed that in some respects it is a minor issue. Nonetheless still indicative of poor attention to detail and for me  'no' is the answer to the last question though probably true with some members.

Seems the senior people at the club had other things to focus on rather than matters which are important, but npt timebound. Management spread too thin, or prioritising what's most important?

£3 million SMT bill isn't big enough?

Mine arrived today-two months ahead of the (revised) schedule. However, all that is in it are two bits of wood-one with the NCFC badge burnt on to it-that I guess are supposed to slot together somehow, and a pin badge with a NCFC shirt on it.

Nothing else, no list of fixtures, no list of ticket sale dates, no letter from the club.

Anyone else received the same?

I’ve said this before, the club needs to create a membership app. All this tat that’s included in the packs could be £ off vouchers at the club shop or Gunn Club etc. They’re shafting their sustainability plan by producing stuff that won’t get used. I still have that key and wallet in a drawer in my office from last seasons pack.

Never going to use ‘em.. never going to use ‘em

Yep, got exactly the same…..no idea what the bits of wood are supposed to be, maybe a mobile phone stand

Yep mobile stand, the QR Code in the lid shows assembly instruction, not sure thats need for two bits of wood ! The kids pack had a USB powered light, boot bag and boot mat (or I think it was a boot mat). Has to beat the "book", we got a couple of years ago, it was about 6 pages long and called a book, plus the wallet for last year doesn't really fit more than one card, and the key seemed a strange thing to include.

I got mind about 1 month ago, it contained my fan card and a diary with a pen, and also a badge.

My ticket for tomorrow is apparently loaded to the card, although not sure how it's just plastic, no strip or chip on it.

I didn’t notice the QR code-I definitely needed it, I’d got the pieces round the wrong way! My parents banned me from doing anything practical round the house after I pulled a light fitting out of the ceiling while trying to change a light bulb 🤣

Contactless doesn't need a visible chip, so you'll be ok. It's the same with our season tickets.

Got my membership pack today expecting some cheapo naff gift.  But I have been sent a handy jotter and pen, just what I needed to make notes e.g. recording NCFC ticket details.  From what I have read some gifts have disappointed.

The badge was nice, it’s the dark green and black striped away shirt from about 20 years ago

Mine was a badge of Delias scarf

Obviously getting rid of unsold stock from the shop

Nailed it, I've got the wooden jotter/pen and a scarf badge. I suppose it removes the responsibility for disposal of waste from the club to the fans. Very sustainable...🤣

A boot mat... I did wonder. Instead I've 'borrowed' it from my son and am using it as a mat on my desk under my computer keyboard... seemed like a very large mouse mat and it seems that desktop mats are the in thing these days.

oh like the idea of a desk cover though, strangely I got another membership pack today with wood/bamboo cover note book and pen, with a scarf pin badge.
