Pinkun Plus App

I've been using the app (Android) for a few weeks, after signing up for the £15 a year offer.

Since yesterday afternoon it just says fail to load feeds.

Any other users having problems? I've tried signing out, deleting etc.

Yep. Same on iOS. I then deleted the app and reinstalled it to relink my subscription and it won’t allow me to do that. The app hasn’t been updated for a year and support is absolute trash. Love the pinkun plus content but the tech teams are terrible especially when we are paying money for this.

I didn’t realise there was an app - paying the £15 was largely so that I could read the stories without endless adverts/garbage, so thought it just about worthwhile.

App not uploading for me either (since about this time yesterday). First time I’ve had this issue as far as I’m aware. I’m on iOS.

Hi guys, 

Hope you're well. Happy to provide a brief update on this - but we are aware of the issue. To cut a long story short, we are in the process of upgrading the app and some test work is ongoing. This has caused an error. Our provider is currently trying to get it back up ASAP.

Just to add - all content is available on the brand site as per normal. Hopefully the outage won't last too long - but it's a third party issue relating to an app upgrade ahead of the new season. Less than ideal on a matchday, as you can imagine😅

Can't wait for this....upgrading the app eh? Let's see what changes or upgrades are bestowed on us.....the bill payers.

The most annoying thing about the app is the great work and articles written which the app just doesn't ever open - I'd be so annoyed being a creator/journalist. The Web page is even worse...I can only describe it as being ignorant...you can log in multiple times a day and it still hasn't a clue who you are....or if you logged in. 

The offer badly let's down supporters and the club.

I’ve just had a message saying they are aware of issues with the app currently!

Will we get a refund Connor Southwell, especially if us expats can’t follow the coverage of the game today? @SouthwellC

I'm having trouble with the brand site (using Chrome on an iMac running Sonoma). When I go to my bookmark https://app.pinkun.com/t/news/latestnews I get this:

If I drop everything after app.pinkun.com I get the same message.  

I'm guessing it is related?

Yes. You'll have to go to www.pinkun.com to access the usual content. Just sign in using your app profile and it'll be as normal.

Sorry Connor but can’t sign in to get your content. When prompted to sign in or sign up the sign in tab is dead.

suggest you comment on the match thread!

Not impressed with your third party supplier. The app has been poor, not the content!, for most of its existence.
