CaptCanary 72 Posted August 3 I've been using the app (Android) for a few weeks, after signing up for the £15 a year offer. Since yesterday afternoon it just says fail to load feeds. Techie Canary 3 Posted August 3 (edited) Yep. Same on iOS. I then deleted the app and reinstalled it to relink my subscription and it won’t allow me to do that. The app hasn’t been updated for a year and support is absolute trash. Love the pinkun plus content but the tech teams are terrible especially when we are paying money for this. To cut a long story short, we are in the process of upgrading the app and some test work is ongoing. This has caused an error. Our provider is currently trying to get it back up ASAP. Hopefully the outage won't last too long - but it's a third party issue relating to an app upgrade ahead of the new season. The most annoying thing about the app is the great work and articles written which the app just doesn't ever open - I'd be so annoyed being a creator/journalist. The Web page is even worse...I can only describe it as being ignorant...you can log in multiple times a day and it still hasn't a clue who you are....or if you logged in.
