Not the first time anti-terrorism law has been abused I'm afraid.

The only people that they seem reluctant to use it on is actual terrorists.

Nobody seems to know who's arrested him.

Has anyone asked Sandford Police? Or are they still busy dealing with the swans problem?

If he did that he'd have to respect the laws and customs of Spain.

Under the terrorism laws your normal rights do not exist. The right of silence do not exist. It is illegal not to answer questions. The police can seize all your electronic devices and carry out searches without a warrant.

Charging someone under section 7 of terrorism act dispenses the need to have lawyers present.

Probably allows waterboarding as well

Can we just not remove his British passport - same as Begum. He has an Irish one afterall.

You are aware hes doing all this deliberately to play on his 'the establishment are out to get me and censor me!' act that he loves playing

He wouldn’thave the opportunity to play it but for the fact it’s clearly true.

Hes alleged to have shown a video that was in contempt of court ; where does terrorism come into that? It’s a clear abuse of legal powers .

I can remember when a grifter was a fairly average bike in the 1970s, that grabbed undeserved attention for a quirky gearchange feature, that soon parted an unwitting schoolchild with their pocket money. Now, fast forward to the 2020s, a grifter simply garners undeserved attention, but still parts the witless from their cash.

Why don't you read what he's done then you wouldn't post stupid stuff like this.

He was charged under the terrorism act for attempting to leave the country, there's a section in the law specifically for people trying to leave via a port.

The charge of contempt was being heard today but Yaxely Lennon decided to run away despite being reminded several times he was due in court.

What is it about this idiot you find appealing?

With a rap sheet like this I wonder why he didn’t stand as a Reform candidate.

He didn’t skip bail and was under no obligation to be in court today. He was away on a pre planned holiday with his kids.

All pretty minor stuff. And Peter Mandelson did just as badly on the mortgage fraud front. Definitely nothing that merits police abusing anti-terrorism powers.

Where he's concerned, our courts deserve every contempt imaginable.

Police so busy trying to arrest under terrorism laws a bloke going on holiday on the same day that a real terrorist stabs to death two young kids and injures nine others.  we've got our priorities wrong.

Hammer, Birdie, IBT, Cynic and Numb have all given to Robinson's "legal" fund. A man that hasn't worked a day in his life but has a cushy lifestyle. Do you ever get the feeling you've been had?😆

What absolute rubbish. Why do you feel the need to make up such laughable claptrap?  Time you went on another march with the Islamists.

I mean, if ever you wanted evidence that a nerve has been touched, here it is. How much have you given him?!

Hasn't worked a day in his life? What rubbish. He owned his own business in Luton before he got caught up in protesting.

This is the trouble: You all make stuff up to discredit him while also lying about what he actually says.

His cushy lifestyle is a consequence of people having tried to bully him into acquiescence and other people pushing back on that.

Why would anyone be sensitive about donating money to his legal battles if they support him?

All you lot who bang on about right to protest every time left wing thugs take to the streets complaining about Gaza while happily rubbing shoulders with people demanding death for Jews, yet you're happy to see him shut down for protesting something perfectly legitimately. And yet again, none of the trouble is being generated by Robinson's protests; all of it is the counter protesters that subscribe to your outlook that just shutting him down is acceptable.
