Mutley 190 Posted July 24, 2024 I received a new season ticket card last week. This was not entirely a surprise as the club has sent a new one occasionally to update/replace old ones. However, my son who sits next to me hasn’t been issued a new card. Has anyone else on here, who’s been a season ticket holder for some years, been issued a new card this close season? I just called the club about this I buy 5 each year for my family and I received 3 new ones. Only 1 was a legitimate category (or seat) change. The other 2 new tickets were for people who have sat in same seats as adults for donkeys years Anyway - story from the ticket office is that the extract they took from the database for the new tickets wasn't quite right and included a bunch of folks who didn't need new tickets. Greavsy 2,662 Posted July 25, 2024 (edited) I managed to lose my wallet yesterday including the season Ticket. Having gone through various processes with banks, DVLA, etc. NCFC were the best and easiest company to deal with.
