Small win for me with 131 seats.

Need 149 for big win.

Surprised at Reform prediction

Take some meds Ricardo and have some rest, ain’t happening.

It's weird in that obviously 131 is a total disaster for the Tories but after all the stuff suggesting they could end up on under 100 it feels almost a bit underwhelming.

What happened to Reform getting 3 seats at a push?

What’s the prediction?

Happy just to show a small profit.

My big bet this year relies on Biden not being Potus. That's looking very positive.

They are getting no where near that exit poll prediction. If you really believe they will then fill your boots at every online bookie.

I followed you and bet the opposite, reckon I will be £200 ish up, that’s some back from your Johnson / Truss exploits.
Penny Mourdon and Jeremy Hunt likely out lol.

11 to 60! Yes.

As C4 are reporting, the bungee jumping strategy has worked.

Davey has played his campaign very well. Plus he appeared very genuine. Gave me a laugh in this most miserable of campaigns.

You've done your dough if you've backed Biden

And it all started with some wallpaper and taking the Mickey out of nurses.

Everything that has happened in British politics in the past decade or so is down to two things. History after all always hinges on what seems small but has massive ripples down the road.

David Cameron gambling the future of his party and his job on Brexit and Ed Milliband eating a bacon sandwich a bit funny.

Vote forecast only showing minor gains for Starmer (excluding Scotland) and they he's lost votes in London.

It's possible he'll get less votes than Corbyn did in 2017.

But over double the seats. Isn’t our electoral system ridiculous

That looks certain. He has won because the right has split.

I expect Labour will be under 40 percent.

An absolute and total joke.

This election is less about a Labour landslide and more about a Tory collapse.  The Labour Vote share is up a few points on 2019 but not enough to produce this landslide.  They got it from Tories staying at home plus Reform taking a huge chunk of their support

For these reasons there will be no Labour honeymoon period. And they will be loathed by Christmas

I agree.

A disgrace of an electoral system.

A Labour landslide for certain.

I suspect there will be significant errors on the smaller party numbers. Just statistics. Need to see some real bellwether seats declare.

Swings and roundabouts, it can work both ways.

Scottish Independence looks dead for a generation.

Will say its interesting how the far left as well as many Corbyn fans clearly hate Starmer, as do obviously the right wing. Meanwhile most of the general public seem to have a very "meh" and "who?" attitude towards him. It's clear like you said that it's less people voting for Labour but more people not voting Tory, rather like Biden winning in America not beacause people liked Biden and wanted to vote for him but just beacause they hated Trump and would happily vote for anyone else.

Will be interesting to see how he does to say the last.

Yarmouth have gone Reform.

Also one of the lowest education levels in the country.

Interesting.

All beacause those blooming immigrants have been pinching their icecreams and donuts.

To be honest if I had been living in Brighton I would have voted Green. If I lived in the south west I'm likely to have voted Lib Dem. Where I live the best chance to unseat the Tory is Labour. I'm a mix of all of those parties (I like many of their policies). But I've wanted this terrible administration out. Politics is all about mediating between positions, policies etc isn't it? I suspect the country feels much the same as me. Even those who've voted Reform. We've all had quite enough.
