No worries about that, we’ve shown none for the last 20-25 mins

Maybe that's why.

Nice to Tim Krul cheering us on at the match.

If we make it to the final would be nice if we get him on for the shootout..

I think the big opportunity was the first thirty minutes - Leeds will be pleased to have got to half time level without really playing, and be a little aggrieved about the penalty (the other one was definitely offside). Will Leeds come out and go for the win, or sit back and take it to Elland Road? The game could open up if City go for it, but I'm not sure who that favours now.

Fouls:

Norwich 3

Leeds 10

Yet the only booking was for the Leeds player clapping the ref sarcastically.

When Leeds resort to Plan B of pumping balls into the box at Piroe you'll be glad it's Duffy and not Sorenson at centre back.

That really depends on if he hasn’t already gifted them a goal through his careless passing which looks to be coming at any moment

Perhaps so. And it’s warming up. But we look better at higher tempo, so we need to know when to up it. Sitting off far too much and letting a vulnerable looking Leeds suddenly look comfortable

Any chance Sargent changes his studs at half-time?

Thus far he’s certainly done nothing to warrant justifying why we’ve taken the stance we have this week regarding him playing.

I would suggest it's not physically possible for our (or nearly all other) teams to play flat out all the time in these conditions. Better to conserve energy & go in bursts - it's what Leeds are doing.

I don’t disagree.  But we didn’t see the bursts enough in the last 25, IMO

I thought we were lucky with the early penalty shout. Sainz didn't get the ball and I'm pretty sure VAR would have given the penalty.

Otherwise, we did OK in a typically cagey play-off first half.

I'm a little worried about Gunn's decision-making over the last few games. And, of course, about Duffy's ability to pass the ball out when he faces a press.

A good manager would have assessed Leeds’ early vulnerabilities and ensured his players were taken off the leash in the first half-hour……

……..especially as we have Gibson and Duffy so commanding at the back…😉

He just doesn’t have the attributes needed to be a decent defender at this level in the modern game. 20 odd years ago he’d be fine but his ability on the ball leaves a lot to be desired. He does carry a threat from set pieces though so hopefully he can get his head on one

I’m not sure why he wouldn’t have been playing.

I think he’s been an idiot and he deserves to get punished for it in court, but as he thankfully didn't injure or kill anyone it’s not exactly the worse thing a players done.

Getting bladdered the night before training and getting arrested is a good enough reason to not wear the shirt that week. In my opinion.  But we are going over old ground. He’s playing. And not particularly well.

Says a lot about Duffy’s judgement.

As does the foul for that yellow card.

Really? I think it’s been a really good , tight game.

Think we’ve edged it with just final ball letting us down. Had a good period of play and needed a goal then.

There hasn't been a single shot. If I wasn't emotionally involved in the match I'd definitely switch it off.

Keeping a clean sheet up to now aren't we.

Where is Giannoulis? I swear he missing in defensive

I prefer McCallum as he seems to keep a fair number of overhit crosses in play due to his aerial ability at the back post, and offers us something a bit extra for set pieces at both ends.
