Best chance of the whoile season for the 20% to show their discontent and vote with their feet.

Yup home game will be  £1m ticket sales income alone plus commercial , food , beer etc.

Nice little earner as someone once said.

Not sure about your FPA workings.

27,200 x £36 isn't even £1m, let along considering the chunk of sales at concession rates, Comps and so on.

Then 50% of the net proceeds go into the FL pot, with only 50% being split between all four SF participants.

Do you not know what the prices are usually?

(Point acknowledged - you are correct)

Do you not realise that this is less than the price for some games during the season.

(Point acknowledged and again you are correct)

Yes Delia personally decides on the pricing.

(Maybe she does not personally but are you saying the board (Or someone on it with sufficient authorisation) would not have 'signed this off'??)

Yes you are a moron!

(Opinions vary on this matter. One notes your reply was liked by someone of a strange disposition. As the old saying goes.....'it takes one to know one'!!)

My point on the wider principle remains. Football clubs rip fans off by charging the same price for 'restricted view'. At Ipswich in December, my ticket was just behind one of those awful pillars towards the back of The Cobbold. At Leeds two seasons ago I was right at the back and could not see any of the pitch towards the far touchline. Had to stoop right down to take in complete view. That is simply disgraceful for the home club to charge full price.  At Wembley you will find the price varies dependent on the quality of the view (as decided by the stadium / EFL or whoever one supposes). There is no 'one price for the entire ground' policy there so why should individual clubs not do similar?

Anyway Lord 'Commonsense', I remain (of course) your must humblest servant and bow to your overwhelmingly superior knowledge of these vital matters.

Anyone had any problems? Several of us opened our accounts to find random family and friends in our baskets and until those people were removed, they couldn't get their own tickets.

otherwise season ticket holders would buy their friends/family members their tickets before Wednesday?

I imagine when you consider secondary sales and all the other extras, the whole thing will approach £1m.

It is 50% of all 4 matches that is split between clubs, Leeds are charging more and have the biggest ground, so it’ll probably work out at a pretty penny whatever and it is in addition to what the club wound otherwise have, with limited outgoings.

You coming to the game Nige or are you just going to hang around in the lion and castle and wait for a pat on the head from Delia?

it’s your chance to show how good of a fan you really are, when it really matters.

I’m expecting a protest march by the absent 20% 😁

I’ll be there. And in the Lion and Castle. You’d be surprised how many of the 20% have snuck back in there of late. Disguised as the 80% hoping no one will notice them. You’ll soon be on your own buddy. Citizen Buh, power to the 20% popular front. Last member standing…

Yes.  But that is not what the OP said.

Of course. Why would there be a difference in revenue distribution between matches at the same stage?

No the system is cleverer than that. At the moment it only automatically includes those of your family and friends who are season ticket holders as well ( providing that they have not already bought a ticket).

I’ve got four friends on the list but only one appeared when I bought the tickets

He can show her his Norwich tattoo if it’s on a normal part of the body.

Indeed we should all get it free

As a season ticket holder, am I right in thinking our match day ticket just gets uploaded to our season ticket and we use that as normal? Just got slightly confused by the email after purchasing the ticket about the app and print at home tickets

Our playoff game against Leeds at home should be £25 and not £36 the fans be looked after and perhaps the players should help with the costs because we fans have seen a lot of bad games at home and away this season.

Yes, your season ticket card will have the Leeds match ticket uploaded. Just present the card as usual.

The system has worked for me for Cup games, so nothing to worry about. (Apart from the result 😉)

I assume that this is not a genuine post. I imagine that the poster will spontaneously combust when they see the prices for Wembley! 🤣

I suggest you look at how much Leeds are charging their fans for the game at Elland Road.

We’ve had a fantastic run of results at home since January. By definition we’ve had fewer bad games , results wise, than most teams in the division!

Leeds are no example for charging fans. That said if Hull were the visitors the reciprocal price of £20 -for away supporters would have applied. No reason why NCFC couldn't take a twenty is plenty view. Leeds away allocation policy is much more favourable to season ticket holders than NCFC.

Ignore the fact then Leeds are charging home fans £47 to sit in the same stand as Norwich fans paying £36.

Makes you wonder what you would be saying if the boot was on the other foot.

For some perspective, Ed Sheeran tickets  for this summer’s tour are treble this price or more. I’d sooner pay £36, see Norwich hammered, shake every Leeds fan’s hand and buy them a beer than listen to that man.

We finished 6th, the comment you’re making is the sort of stuff you’d expect to read on relegation, not for a side who has made the play offs. You’re either not for real or a bit of a fool.
