Would it be the most damaging win we've had against them in modern times?

Will be the most damaging in recent times - right up until late May when hopefully there will be one or two more.

We potentially have 3 more matches against them this season.

A play-off semi with them would be massive. A play-off final against them would be next level massive and the biggest match in either team's history.

Of course there is the possibility neither team will be promoted.

I’d fancy us to do them in a play-off semi if we make top 6.

Given that the  final league positions are based onall  the 46 games, then you could point to any lose of points as being the ones that cost them automatic place.

The semi final at CR in 2015 saw the binners travelling more in hope than expectaion. Something that was not the case in 1985. They were favourites and th 2nd leg at CR was a to be a mere formality, Similarly in 2011 they felt they had a chance of beating us when we were heading to the PL. It was the humiliating scoreline that hit home. Conceding 5 in your own backyards, not a good thing.

Best thing is to leave the shouting to those down the A140. Games between us have always meant more to them than us. Witness the pantomime there in December. Can you really see our lot getting that worked up about them coming here ? For me it is a bit like the racist uncle at Xmas, or the pssed aunt at a wedding. Something you tolerate as it is not for long

We have eight games in which to get as many points as possible, this is just one of them.

It concerns me that we really need to beat or not lose to Leicester but should we do so we really help them out.

We need Southampton to rediscover their form and beat them next week.

In recent years they were in L1 so there were no fixtures between us hence no damaging wins 😂

Top of the league at Poorman Road still riles them, to go by comments some binners posting on here have made recently.

We beat Leicester away - and give them hope on Monday.

The following Saturday we beat them at Carrow Road and take their hopes away again.

It's the hope that will kill them!

It will be very damaging because it is a very close run thing in the race for the top two.

Also, after years and years of dross with some L.1 permanence, they seem to be on the biggest high I've ever known that lot to on. The hype is quite incredible and so many of them even dream of Euro football as their rightful destiny because of their illustrious history. Remember also, McKenna "Is the best young coach in Europe."

Losing at Carrow Road, thus denting their automatic promotion hopes and this high,  would be a massive hit in the balls for these two separate reasons.

Or we beat Leicester then lose the following week to the Binners!

So many permutations. We just need to win about 4 more. Starting with a win today,  so if Leicester do beat us it won't be a disaster and at the same time not do the Binners a favour.

It won't especially as it is away. Probably a so-called 'free hit.'

We cannot afford to lose many/any others, though ... and that depends upon our rivals in the race.

Awful lot of them talking smack all over the place.

Be a shame if they lose and have to go into hiding again.

I said it way back at the start of the season. There’s a mental weakness there, something lacking. Before the end you’ll all agree with me.

Winning the UEFA Cup did not make them champions of Europe, even in the dim and distant past that they constantly inhabit.

Embarrassing.
